Your data is held in our email system and in a private buyer-pipeline spreadsheet used by our sales and operations team. It is not stored in a public-facing database, and access is limited to team members who need it to manage your enquiry.

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship is active and thereafter for as long as is reasonably necessary for record-keeping, legal compliance, and resolving any disputes.

Where you ask us to process a sample request or enter into a commercial discussion, processing may also be necessary for the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
